Photographs may be delivered using a password-protected online gallery provided by Pixieset or another secure gallery service.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

Where permission has been given, you may withdraw that permission for future use by contacting DSJPhotos. This may not affect material that has already been printed, published or distributed before the request was received.
Images of children will only be used publicly where appropriate permission has been provided by a parent or guardian.
7. How long information and photographs are stored.
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting and business requirements.
Retention periods may include:
Unsuccessful enquiries may be retained for a limited period to manage follow-up communication.

Online galleries will normally remain available for the period stated when the gallery is delivered.

Customers should download and securely back up their photographs before an online gallery expires. DSJPhotos cannot guarantee permanent storage of photographs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once DSJPhotos has accepted your request and provided confirmation. Availability is offered on a first-confirmed basis.
2. Booking Fees and Payments
A booking fee may be required to secure your chosen date. Any remaining balance must be paid by the date shown on your booking confirmation or invoice.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please contact DSJPhotos as soon as possible. Any refund or amount retained will depend on the notice given, work already completed and reasonable costs incurred.
4. Rescheduling and Unsuitable Weather
Sessions may be rescheduled where necessary due to illness, emergencies or unsuitable weather. DSJPhotos will work with you to arrange another suitable available date.
5. Session Times and Client Attendance
Please arrive at the agreed location on time. Late arrival may reduce the available photography time where additional time cannot reasonably be provided.
6. Image Selection and Editing
DSJPhotos will select and professionally edit the strongest photographs from your session in the established DSJPhotos style. RAW, unedited, duplicate or rejected images are not supplied.
7. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided where appropriate and may vary depending on the session type, number of images and workload.
8. Online Galleries
Final photographs may be delivered through a private online gallery. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their images before the gallery expires.
9. Copyright and Personal Usage
Copyright remains with DSJPhotos unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may download, print and share their purchased photographs for personal use but may not sell or commercially license them without permission.
10. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Photographs from private sessions will only be used on the DSJPhotos website, portfolio, social media or promotional material where appropriate permission has been provided.
11. Prints and Physical Products
Prints and physical products are produced according to the specifications selected when ordering. Minor differences in colour, brightness or cropping may occur between digital screens and printed products.
12. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may be used towards eligible DSJPhotos photography services and may be used as part-payment. Vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash. Any expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher.
13. Complaints and Resolving Problems
If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please contact DSJPhotos as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and a reasonable solution considered.
14. Changes to These Terms
DSJPhotos may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be available on the website. Changes will not unfairly alter an existing confirmed booking.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing within these terms removes or limits any statutory consumer rights that apply.
